saw the doc on hbo. I did this with bible verses when i was a kid. But these organizations take it to another level lol. Kind of like Spelling Bee competition but his ones purely memorization of a holy book.

This is the fundamental change that is needed, that the children must be first taught the Arabic language , and then the memorization.

After Qur'an is the behaviour code of conduct for Human beings. It makes us better human beings, by asking us to Love and share the bounties of God ,to be caring Human beings. , Just and truthful.not to steal ,not to be unjust.d Those children's formative years are spent much better learning the values that makes a better human being. This is just my opinion.
