Well, I obviously was not talking about those colleges. You also get specific trade schools... religious colleges... hell, even bartending schools... stick with me here...
Of course colleges get public funding. However, I am of the point of view that college tuition is the responsibility of those that continue their adult education (FAFSA aside).
That is why I referred to them in a separate light, not alongside health care, transportation, etc.

I know your accustomed to reading comic books, so please try and reread the post....I have specifically listed the Univ. of Illinois from one study and the State Dept of Employemnt from the other. Now I can weigh that out with someone who "sees" the difference yet cant back that up with any data source whatsoever.....or I can take my data set from two concurring seperate sources....my stats experience tells me to go with the later.

In addition, this attempted recovery of the nation is going underway in a broken and bickering legislative system. In a more unified and organized nation, proper use of government funds would run far more smoothly.

I have a feeling such a finding does not invalidate 24,000 jobs that have been created.
