Hey could you please tell me what type of paints these are and what you put over the paints? Also was the plate already varnished?? Thanks :)

@cherrychick001 Yes, we used Duncan Concepts on bisque, then glazed with Duncan Pure Brilliance. You can see the technique on our site in our Projects section. The How-to is called Trendy Tie Dye Plate.
