@CookingWithCandra Aww, thank you for replying! I'm enjoying some left over cream I put in the fridge with a chocolate roll lol will visit back when I need cooking tips :)
Are you using heavy cream or just whipping cream (33-36% MF)? I just tried this with the lighter whipping cream and it worked as well! Pretty shocked haha. It's really hard to find heavy cream in Canada.
@mypimento That's the first time I have heard that. I have always used a stainless bowl to whip my cream. It gets really cold and stays really cold which makes the process go that much faster. I would make sure my bowl was a good quality stainless bowl though, as lower quality bowls can discolor frostings, fondants, etc, so that could possible have the same effect on your whipped cream. Thanks for watching :)
@kimcest Well, I've never tried it in a plastic bowl before, but I'm thinking it would work in a plastic bowl as long as it was good and cold...the ice water is a good idea :) You could always try whipping in a pot too. Thanks for watching!
Great vid C ! I often whip in a little vanilla instant pudding when I whip my cream in the machine to help stabilize it. Afraid that after the Thanksgiving feast went out on the table I used spray whipped cream on the pies (apple, pumpkin, mincemeat tarts) for convenience...just too much going on to whip the cream by hand or even in the mixer. Thanks for another great vid Cheers !
I just whipped my own by hand and am eating it lol I think I over whipped it though...still yummy.

Does it work with a glass bowl?
TheZernia 6 months ago
@TheZernia I don't know of any reason why it wouldn't work in a glass bowl. Just make sure your bowl is chilled well.
Thanks for watching my video and taking the time to write :)
Take Care!

@CookingWithCandra I tried it today after freezing the bowl and whisk for a while.
It worked pretty good, but got a liitlle runny after a while.
Does this work if I put a plastic blender jug in the freezer and put it in a blender?
Thanks for replying, by the way. :D

@TheZernia Hmmmmm...that I am not sure about. It wouldn't hurt to try, but you must be careful that the cream doesn't turn into butter :)
Take Care :)
