Guys Kisame actually didn't die that was a Zetsu clone, Killer Bee takes Kisame's sword and Kisame hides in it. Kisame later dies by putting himself in a water prison jitsu with some sharks and commits suicide so he can't give any info of Akatsuki to the Leaf and Cloud Village, he also hides in the sword to get info from the cloud Village which he does.
