Thanks for the kind words about the Possum Pots. Check out my video on Tater Totes as potential containers for just about any veggie. You would probably need to set them in a large tub or tray to keep water from running off a patio or balcony (if your rental has one). You might also be interested in straw bale gardening (I use hay instead) as a container for lots of veggies. You can put a whole salad garden worth of plants in just one bale.
