I think before the video with Nolan and Lemaster, I think Nolan was kidnapped. Then, with the Lemaster and Nolan, a spirit took form of Nolan, that's why he wasn't in the mirror. Maybe the Lemaster guy kidnapped him and is keeping him hostage? Nolan is probably tied up right now, so a spirit is trying to help you, that's why 'Nolan' has black eyes.
