  • For anyone doing deciding to do this IT WORKS! Read with an open-mind and remember that the nicotine leave your body in 3 days the rest is strong habit think about it you've been doing it for 10-20 times a day for 365 days times how ever many years and so whats a habit a neurological pathway in your brain all you do is interrupt the pattern and create new pathways we do it all the time. Trust it and DO NOT be paralysed by the fear of possible disappointment! It was easy this is not a Gimmick!

  • This really works, I remember doing my research on this book and watching this video! It really works and now writing a little article for myself to try and understand the conditioning process that happened to me whilst reading this book so I can apply it to other things in myself that!

  • after reading only half of this mans book i am no 16 days smoke free....he is a genius

  • All 4 myths explained are perfect explained. The 1st one actually made me quit. God bless you!

  • This is no joke but my addiction came almost immediately after trying my first cigarette, in which a friend convinced me was no different than weed. So I recall buying that pack, and thinking well I'm a smoker now. All it takes is one pack, and a little bit of stress and boredom from work mixed together, and your screwed.

  • My dad died of smoking when i was 7 months old, I was anti-smoking as a kid all the way up till I was 15 then smoked constantly until I was 30 (!) Stumbled on his book, read it twice and new i was gonna quit for good.

I think nicotine addiction is the reason i smoked so much cannabis. I would justify a joint as not being so harmful as cigarettes but they were more so.

Its been 15 months now and I feel invincible. Do yourself a favour and get this book for £1/$1 second hand off of Amazon.RIP AC

  • I'd smoke my breakfast if I could...

  • I read Allen Carr's book and stopped. This man is the Jedi Master of stopping smoking, LOL! No other method ever worked for me. Smoking is a MENTAL problem, not a PHYSICAL one. His book deprograms the years of lies and subliminal manipulation.

Every time you see a cigarette in a movie, tv show, video game or book IT'S A F****** TOBACCO ADVERTISEMENT. Years upon years of exposure to this implants an archetype of tobacco enjoyment. Allen Carr REMOVES that archetype. R. I. P. Jedi Master.

  • i quit smoking after watching his videos numerous times, i started again after a month and continued smoking for a month, i got angry after and started to read his book, i red it two days and quit smoking( I will never forget it, at 9 pm my girlfriend said lets get out for a smoke , at 11 pm i finished reading, she asked again and I said "I quit smoking" i will never forget her expression "What" hahaah), i didnt smoke for 2-3 months now I and i am the only one who doesnt smoke in my firm :D

  • @TheLifeKit But it only makes me stronger :)

  • @TheLifeKit Keep it up man :-) (I too quit with Allen).

  • genius

  • Okay, hows this for hooked? I have taken a shower, including washing my hair...while smoking! (thats talent). I gave it up 9 days ago, there have been some hard times. But this is what is weird, I have been sleeping so much. One other person said they too had this problem. Anyone else? Some say depression causes you to sleep more, well I do have PTSD, so I wonder if it is all connected. To all trying to quit, good luck, I really mean it.

  • @dano7411

Nicotine is part of the psychic and there will be changes. Over sleeping is much better than under sleeping.

However , if this persists , than its likely that the PTSD stress is to "blame" and you in fact start behaving as any non smoking PTSD guy would. Whether a replacement drug is better (but cheaper ) is a good question as they are usually tranquilizers which make one a "sleep walker" basically. i.e , you still oversleep.

  • @dano7411 When the nicotine demon is bad enough, and going outside is too cold or uncomfortable, there is always a toilet.

  • @dano7411 Getting sleepy is caused from Carbondioxide you stay sleepy all the time when you smoke you just don't know because your used to it but when you stop smoking you notice it more because your sences are greater. You will notice air food and everything is better. Just becareful not to turn to food as a cruch keep your same eating habits or even healther if you can it will help you in stoping smoking. also take deep breaths everyday that helps to relax you.

  • @dano7411 read allen carrs book, The "Easy way"method will allow you to gain insight and quit without experiencing hard times or PTSD- these are illusions.

  • @dano7411 I was also very sleepy. In my case it was simply because I ate too much, especially sugar. I do not gain weight quickly, that is why I did not pay attention to what I eat. It only mattered to me that I do not start to smoke again. But after 2 weeks I noticed I feel exhausted. After I took care of that (nothing radical... just having more smaller meals, more veggies, more water, less sugar.. and going for short walks) it was ok. Anyhow, I hope you are still non smoker ;)

  • @dano7411 I'm clean now for just over three weeks. I had exactly the same problem as you. I slept less in the beginning. Don't worry it'll go, you are just nervous. I even woke up one night due to a panic attack (which I've never even heard of anyone doing). Just chill you'll be fine :)

  • i actually didnt know about allen carr but i quit on my own i just passed people on the street and pitied them saying in my head what a loser

  • have you got any proof you smoked,i have a photo every year since i started i bet you havent.

  • Buying my mom the book for her birthday

  • He decidido dejar de fumar hace 2 horas y sus videos me ayudarán bastante.

  • so glad i quit "3-years + 6-months ago",i feel so much better! as time passes, the craving gets less + less! i found NRT very helpfull, was able to gradualy wean off the nicotine-(i was a very heavy chain smoker for 25-years),NRT + POSITIVE THINKING was my way of quiting-(best wishes to all who are quiting).

  • @blueparrot989 You quit inspite of NRT not because of it, always remember that :)

  • Allen Carr is the man!!!!!! I went from smoking a pack a day until quitting 4 days ago. Haven't looked back since! I highly recommend his book

  • brilliant

  • best methods ever

  • holy fuck man

  • Wow amazing

  • His book helped me quit smoke

  • 11 days smoke free. I will never smoke again, thanks to this mans book. Previous attempts I made to quit (one lasting 4 months) I used the Nicoderm patch, which cost roughly $30-40 a week for ten weeks. This book cost me around $22 with tax, allowed me to quit with no panic, sense of loss, or physical withdrawal and I have lent it to a friend who also has quit. Buy it! it works!

  • 9 months..doing it easy! Allan carr..its not the easyway to quit.. its the only way!

  • I stopped Smoking, Allen Carr and his book helped me a lot to open my eyes!

  • @Lindaxnyc why rest in peace?is he dead now?

  • @TheBamse1901 lung cancer !

  • 1. there is no reason to smoke (fucking marketers)

    2. smokers know it's wrong

    3. smokers don't choose to smoke.... they're tricked !

    4. it is not hard to quit

  • I quit using this mans book, it helped me, I don't even remember the year I quit. It has been over 5 years now or so. Never again!
