Not in the sense of a real one. It only has the one pedal which is always the bass drum. The hi hat is generally the yellow pad but the yellow will play as a tom for certain parts of songs. In other songs, the hi hat is the red pad so you can do 16th note running and hit the snare on beats 2 and 4 without crossing the rookies up.
