Im vogtland sagt man auch wie jeder Mensch guten Tag und das kennt hier uch jeder und damüssen die Bayern oder so eben Hochdeutsch reden.

Wobei man hinzufügen könnte, dass thank you wohl besser mit Dankeschön und thanks mit Danke übersetzt werden müsste.

You can also say "Auf Wiedersehen" if you are on the Phone ore if it's unlikely that you will see the person again.

You can use "bitte" in two different ways.
On the one hand it means "please", on the other hand you can also use it as a repy to "Thank you/Danke" like "You're welcome" or "My pleasure".
I hope my English is understandable. ^^
