The rolling thunder is OP as fuck... you've got to be joking. I average like 2 kills with it and for one more kill I can get a chopper gunner that averages 7+ kills. The only people using rolling thunder get it from care packages, that tells you something. If you want to talk over powered, it's the black bird. It can't be shot down, you can't hide from it, no perks help against it... no other kill streak has all of those abilities.
