@tmariesinger His full name was Wenceslas I., Duke of Bohemia. A really shitty ruler, paid enormous amounts of tribute to the Holy Roman Empire. Therefore he was deposed by his brother Boleslaus I.(murdered, standard method of changing the government at that time and place). The only thing he did was spread Christianity all day long, and for that he's now known as St. Wenceslas.
