I agree with Ari425. I too have been using the BodyBlade in physical therapy for my shoulder. The burn is incredible, and in no time at all. My therapy is being rolled back to one time per week now, so I'm definitely going to buy one to continue to use at home.
I don't know why you would say this. I did a small workout with the bodyblade today (for physical therapy for my shoulder injury) and it was ridiculous! It felt like my arm was going to fall off within 5 minutes. I have no clue how it works, I'm guessing something to do with resisiting the motion or something, but you should try it before calling it a fraud.
It has to do with resistance, your pushing it away and the ends are coming to you, and you pull it in and they go away.. its hard to explain but it works over 100 mucsles at once.
people are quick to hate, but i have bursitis in my shoulder and the BB is giving me a lot of help
