Ease up a bit man -- Seymour has a lot of stubborn, racist people but not everyone from there is like that. I think it's hilarious that people from Seymour hate Columbus because they think it's "uppity".

I'm from Seymour originally and have lived all over the country and settled down in Indianapolis. Seymour, IMO, is just too conservative. Anything new there just dies. Unless you like factories, churches, and bars, there's not much left to do there.

Still - safe place to raise a family.

My family moved to Seymour when I was 13 (I'm originally from New Orleans, Louisiana) and it is a total redneck shithole. Anyone who is a wee bit different is looked upon as a "psycho" or something equality moronic.

I find it absolutely hilarious that people from Indiana look down on southerners. As soon as I graduate from IU, I am moving far, far away from Indiana and never looking back.

wow! i use to live about a half hour from that area (brownstown), was that footage shot near by the jackson county library? since i swore i spotted the building in the earlier part of the video.

yep... thats like 2 places down from the library... live like 2 blocks north of that. but i dont remember a thing unless that was the one that happened on the 10th of march when i went to Atterbury. lol, then i heard about that when i got bak
