I actually like his "i" vowel....it does stick out...i think perhaps his other vowels should match that one...it is perfectly forward. Not too bright....

Certainly better than the penny dreadful Josh Groban. A real tenor with a real tenor sound.He has good musical instincts too. His only defect seems to be that his E vowel is a little more forward that the A and O vowels. They tend to pop out of the line.

@Agorante Thanks much. What parts are you referencing with my i vowel? Is it on "Maria?" Any ideas on how to pull back such a bright vowel as that one?

@logantenorino I think you have excellent material to work with. I'm sure you'll do fine. You should be auditioning everywhere you can. All three of your videos are very good but none have any fioratura. Potential casting authorities will notice that. You could probably start a career with Almaviva in Barber right now. If you can do the runs. I don't offer vocal advice. I hear you scale as being uneven but the only advice I could offer would be practice.
