@irishbres start cheering when the ref blows the whistle for a free throw, then as son as the ball leaves the shooters hands you stop and hold, then if they make it you cheer if they miss you stay frozen til the ref blows the whistle again for the next shot.
We have more people at our womens badminton than they do here
