I was just charged with Aggrivated assault with a deadly weapon. I did not injure anyone and the weapon was my truck. They rear ended me. I wonder if this can stick? I did not know them, they are not LEO or related to me. They were tailgating and I break checked em. I also was charged with a DWI in this. Not sure where I stand.
