pearland was the first town I lived in when I moved to the states. I miss my time in Texas immensely but due to a series of bad events like IKE and my in laws my life here was stolen from me and so I have to live in Coventry England where I came from and did not want to go back to.

the thing i thought was so funny is that at 53 seconds, the lady says, "oh look there's the wal-mart we shop at" then the little girl says, "no we shop at the alvin one cause this one is full of black people". hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.
i lveo the new town center, but its so hot out these days and none of it is inside!! its all outside!! and walking around in all that heat, then shopping and trying on clothes is bad!! but its closer than baybrook or friendswood!
Sorry to say but nobody I know will go to that walmart. Its not that they are black but the whole atmosphere is negative and they dont keep it clean the parking lot is scary at night. Its all got worse after Katrina. The evacuees took over.

Secondly, the woman who is driving probably shouldn't be driving and talking and recording with a video camera at the same time. Thirdly, the mall is being built by Shadow Creek, so she should've gone further on 518, after 288 to see the site where the mall is being built.
...The mall is being built by Omniplan of Dallas and CBL....not Shadow Creek. Shadow Creek has it's town center anchored by HEB, Academy, and Hobby Lobby.
Now that is funny that she said it's full of black people. When I lived in Pearland there were on 8 black families.And I was the fastest sprinter,hurdler in the District, and one of the 4 black people that went to Pearland Highschool. Wow times ahve changed..

Yea its insane how much it has grown. I like it but i dont like the traffic. I also dont like all the illegals and criminals pouring in.

WOW! OMG! I left Pearland 10 years ago. This is amazing. I lived near 288 in Southdown. This area used to be all trees!!!!

I grew up in Pearland. I left there in 2001 and came out to California. I don't even recognize it anymore when I go back there. It's crazy.
