PROJECT YJ sandblast and paint dana 35 axle

Seems like too much work to put into a Dana-35. Still good to learn on though. I have two complete Dana-35 axles in perfect condition just sitting in my shed. I replaced the Dana-35 in my '91 YJ with a Dana-44 from a 1987 XJ Cherokee before I had a chance to break the Dana-35. The other one came from a '92 YJ that I parted out. Nobody wanted the axle.

Just a couple of things. The phone call was from Skaevan because you called him in the middle of his vlog. Secondly you should be perfect at doing puzzles - just try making one of your decals in reverse! Yo know pull of the pieces off and stick them on the backing paper. They should add a rewind button to the YouTube player.

So to make it easy on the new bearings and your stress level, Put the new bearings in the freezer over night. they will shrink enough to slide into place But be quick about the transport to installation time and make sure it is in straight. the other thing we have a store called BC Bearings, You might find a similar Industrial Bearing store where you live. Its worth the look if you take the number off the bearings you could save 40-60% of the price

@billstmaxx All materials have a coefficient of thermal expansion. Hence when the temperature rises, the material expands. If the temperature is reduced, the material contracts. H20 is the only thing that I know of that defies these physics. You could calculate how much it will expand or contract at a given temperature with a little research and a calculator.

Seeing those Turkeys makes me hungry, hmmm wheres my 10 Gauge Shotgun, I'll fix your wildlife problem and eat at the same time, see win win.
