George is 100% right. I always send a follow up email when I meet anyone. I tell them it's great meeting them and if I can be of service anyway, please let me know. 99% of the time, I don't get a response. This is very sad since I know allot of amazing people. Very sad. The people who do respond are often on the ball. It blows my mind how inconsiderate people are... just blows my mind.
