I started pole dancing in September of 2007. So it's only been a little over a year that I've been doing it. If you look at the dates on my videos, you can see some of my videos when I first started and you'll see the difference. I could do the hard tricks right away because I have a fitness background. But making it look graceful and sensual is what took time for me. You'll be able to see how i was ruff early on and now it's smooooth like butter. :)
