@Fluffypopcicle Nah dude. The Combo meter/counter wrongly resets whenever the opponent hits a wall or falls into a tornado. You can combo by knocking them off walls and knocking them into and out of tornados, however the game (wrongly) doesn't count it as a combo.

Even though the game doesn't read it as a combo, characters bouncing off walls and into tornados can't respond and break out of the combo (this is most likely why they invented wallteching in Melee and Brawl).
