  • WHOA i actually have done this excersise without knowing it lol I would do leg lifts and at the end of each set do this fo a minute for a burnout. \m/-_-\m/ Huge fan George!

  • This exercise is much like the core exercise "scullers". with the exception that you are not moving your arms, same muscles and idea though.

  • You guys have some sexy feet man ;)

  • very nice! dont forget to breathe here; you dont want to lock up the abs by holding the breath.
