You take 50m or more of fencing wire, put a polystyrene box between the wires to amplify the sound and then wait for the wind to blow.

@bassling I don't understand, how does putting a box between some wires produce a sound when the wind blows? Seems like the wires should be in the box or mounted to the box. Please make a how to video.
