    I am Greek and didnt know the word "crunches" and i actually threw a glimpse in American Psycho because i remembered him saying that in the beginning! This is awesome ahahahah! :P

  • In the morning if my face is a little puffy, Ill put on a icepack well doing my stumach crunches, I can do one thousand now.

  • It's great that he points out how to keep the neck safe. That's critical. He also illustrates how to breathe which is important, and also overlooked.

    But (and this is a criticism I have of most crunch videos):

    He doesn't pause at the top of each rep. That's important for two reasons:

    a) If you don't pause (you can eventually cause abrasions in the abdominal muscles

    b) Pausing and holding (~0.5 secs. will build more strength.

    It just the quantity of reps - it's the quality, too.

    Walking won't help very much. You're probably not getting your Heart Rate up to the aerobic range which burns fat.

    The mass you are losing via sweat is water.

  • Im doing 100 now at a time, burns a lot , but it's really working well.

    Can get strain on my neck towards the end, feel the blood pumping in my head and it gets a little shakey if I try to do more too soon.

    Why only so few, 10 ?

    Its ok to do more when the muscle has got used to it, got stonger :o ?

  • If you target and know what to concentrate on then you don't have to do as many. Like he said as well in this video what you eat is important too otherwise you are just strengthening the muscles beneath the fat. It's probably good too to do different ab variations so that your body doesn't get used to just one variation.

  • eat fruit when you're not well hungry and it stops you gettin hungry. but if your starvin fruit is the last thing you want ennit. try n drink 4 pints of water a day aswell cos that fills you up loads
