Actually the guitarist has the rifts down pretty well. I just start learning how to play the guitar and appreciate the difficulty involved. As for the singer, since English is not her first language, I'm inclined to be charitable. What this video demonstrates is that the love of good music transcends cultural barriers which people will try to emulate even if it is a poor rendition. Its far easier to criticize than to perform.
