Either you have a shit gaming rig or you didn't know what you were doing. You have to change around the settings of the Dolphin emulator.

I tried out Sonic Heroes for the hell of it on this Toshiba laptop that I got as a graduation gift. It's not even a good gaming laptop. It topped about 50 FPS (20 FPS at the lowest). Same goes to this PS2 emulator that I had used.

darn it other people have problems with this too , this is what happened to me : defeat the first dino at 4:48 defeated the squid at 3:58 defeat the mole at 3:09 defeat the Stone Ghost at 0:58 then when i was about to spin the last spin on the fiery dino at 0:01 the time went out!!!!!! and that was the eleventh time i tried the speed run!
