@brysky2 We got WoWed, though to a slightly lesser extent. I'm not breaking my limit until I get the three-pack of expancion packs, and that's not happening until December at the earliest. Despite this my SAM/WAR is still perfectly capable of pulling hate occasionally in Dynamis off of the level 85 noobs, and parces middle of the pack. Skill and experiance, as always for DDs, trumps items (mine are above average, at best - no Askar or Homam anywhere).

@brysky2 The game has been boring since they added Abbysea, with exping so much faster so many fools are able to level jobs they have no idea how to use properly, its really depressing compared to what it used to be. I can barely stand to log in now and usually log off again within 30mins through boredom.... except I solo-ed it which means i didn't have a gorup at all, it was just me. This is easy to do, go do it yourself, a bunch of other jobs can solo Genbu too. only reason i did this was because people were talking about it on a forum if it could be done.

in order to get the best outa your chi-blast you need to boost up. which will increase your dmg and this guy boosts up and he gets a high end dmg chi blast. most of the time in end game there are multi monks and they do a rotation of chi blasts so it makes things go quicker but after 12 boosts he finally can chi blast for the most and thats what took him so long. and hes not a retard

You realize... in the time it takes for a monk to prepare 1 chi blast, a BLM/RDM can shave off 1/4th of genbu's HP haha. I can solo everything and anything, not that I want to... because of the time it takes. Id rather bring a friend or 2 along to speed things up. Why solo?

Genbu has ~20,000 hp I believe, If you hit 1000 dmg with chi blast every three minutes(which you may not for having to do 11 boosted a lot) it'll take ~60 minutes of running around chi blasting to kill it solo
