I actually use foundation , concealer (dark circles around eyes) THEN mineral foundation powder , use my eye primer and dab it onto my whole eyelid and ( eye primer is to keep your eyeliner and eyeshadow on much more longer , very useful ! ) and maybe grab white eyeshadow and apply it onto my whole eye lid and grab a silver eyeshadow and apply it in the middle near my eye lashes then grab a black eyeshadow and apply it above the silver eyeshadow , then I blend it in with my blending brush (ki
