Ok now, regarding the tostada I belive it all depends on what part of mexico is made, like for instance I am from mexico city , and over in mexico city , our tostadas get refried beans spread on the tostada then , shredded cole slaw , slices of tomato and onion , and right on the very top of everything , grounded or fresh cheese.

I lost a lot of my Spanish growing up because school put so much emphasis on English. Then there's also the factor of each generation speaking the language less and less.

I've gotten some criticism for not knowing Spanish as fluently as possible, but what's funny is I tend to know more about Mexican history than the people who criticize me. I suppose I have to turn in my Mexican membership card for not knowing perfect Spanish, huh?
