@SerendipitousJ In Ballet, Yoga, Gimnastics, Etc... You Have 2 Feet Positions, Flex Or Pointe... U Can Not Have Ur Feet Just Laying There, U Must Point Or Flex Them So U Have Every Muscle And Articulation In Control To Avoid Injuries
hey can you show more split stretches ? and also arm strength .....what should we do do get them strong enough to carrey our body wieght without looking all buff
I have a voice like hers! It's weird because my voice sounds deep to my own ears unless I hear myself recorded. The thing that sucks about having a little voice like this is having people who don't know you call you on the phone and ask for a grownup (I'm almost 30) and some people find it annoying, but just as many find it "cute". :)
Very, very nice. I really appreciate the difficulty of completing such a perfect straight bodyline in your handstand splits, that's EXTREMELY difficult even for me who has oversplits + never ending handstand. Five stars!!!
you should start with the basic, how did you learn to do all that ? you're not expecting that someone that wants to learn, can do that at first time, or even at the first week, don't you ?
@moranguitafofa c'mon she can't be guiding you and teaching you all days til you learn the basics for fucks sake! obviouly she doesn't expect us to follow, i mean you first TRY to do the basics, step by step, DAY BY DAY, to do a full and correct floor split you need minimum month, and she went through it.

I noticed that your back was a bit arched. Is the goal to eliminate that arch, or accentuate it? I am training to be a contortionist, so this is important for me to know.

You learn how to do the move she said in gymnastics and just stay in that position. Take gymnastics first.
