  • The episodes with mcGoohan were amongst the best they did

  • It's man about that is he go now when it is that for you.

  • were you got that filming calculator ?

  • every evil guy has a german car in columbo

  • …just one more thing! Peter Falk & Columbo was one of the best! I think one of Peter Falk's favorite actors to play a villain was Patrick McGoohan.

  • Classic......................................^_^

  • I thought he said "Hiney" like back side...only the guys open the coat from the front...lining makes more sense I guess

  • Oh, it takes place in the garment district. Now THAT'S funny.

  • McGoohan won an Emmy for this performance

  • I was always a little confused by the meaning of the joke. I think the reaction by Patrick McGoohan was really exagerated.

  • HAH!!!!! Love it

  • The guy in the raincoat is naked underneath and he flashes his body at women. She's Jewish and the Jews were renowned for being tailors, you know, making clothes etc.. He flashes by opening the raincoat and instead of being shocked by his naked body she feels the garment and says "You call this lining" referring to the lining inside the raincoat. .............. hope that helps jeeeeeez!!!

  • @tommyrockon Yeah, that helped. Thanks :) And it IS funny ;D

  • @tommyrockon Thank you for explaining the job.

  • @tommyrockon This is correct. I heard it that it takes place in the garment district in New York. same joke though.

  • I'm not a native English speaker and I just don't understand it. I'm a fan of Columbo though, and a curious person in general, so please explain the joke, somebody? :D
