Isostasy has absolutely nothing to do with the alleged mountains function, indeed as your definition says it deals with an equilibrium between the weight of crust and its buoyancy over the mantle.
Also, if mountains really clenched plates toghether, there wouldn't be plate motions, but actually there are!
What you're doing is using pseudoscience and twisted geology to confirm a religious scripture.
