Yes they are - except in this vid they're rather A#m C# D# F# etc. The pitch is one half steps higher as it should be, maybe a tape has spun slightly too fast. The HD version is okay.

@OttovonEarth yeah thats true, the pitch is slightly higher, especially when the song is played in foreign countries. To emulate this sound, attach a capo on 1st fret on standard tuning on an electric guitar and play the Am, C, D, F, Am, and E chord, you get the sound, just like this video.

@IntertubeTr0ll It's a traditional song. No one knows who wrote it. it was first recorded by Leadbelly, then the arrangement used here was written by Von Ronk an Bob Dylan recorded it. The Animals covered it after hearing Bob's version. Then the Doors did it after.
