since joey is a bitch who leaves comments without watching videos i'll answer the question that you directed towards him. Extremespeed is an excellent option on Suicune because, with an astounding 75 base stat, it is JUST enough to 2HKO Pikachu, a common threat in the UnderUsed metagame.
