  • Props to the steel player here.

  • love u kuzz keep rockin gary!!!! whew c ya next year!

  • Man, i'd love to find a little combo like this to play with. A lot of folks say they want to play honky tonk music, but really jsut want to play Blues and Classic rock covers. One guy I tried playing with even tried to tell me that he never heard any "waltz", (err 3/4 time) in country music, and why did I write a song in that signature? Stuff like that is depressing to come across. Thanks for keeping this grand ole music alive!

  • i saw them at the cow haus in tallahassee, fl about 10 years ago. they just kick butt!!

  • I saw BR549 at the Sons of Hermann Hall in Dallas. They put on a terrific show - 3 solid hours of singing and playing, with no breaks. Wow!

  • Solid Jack,,,,

  • So are these guys bringing western swing, honky tonk, and rockabilly together? something like the Stray Cats did, but on a different level? anyone clarify thx

  • @mrke8ting

Yes they are, they've been actually doing it for a long time and had some success with their version of Cherokee Boogie all over the world!

  • I saw BR549 when they were beginning in Nashville playing at Roberts On Broadway. Great as Always.

  • You all sound awesome... great job on this wonderful song, I enjoyed your performance very much... FrAnK (5*****)

  • HAS ANYBODY FOUND THE SONG "ELAINA"?

  • pick it,son!

  • I saw br549 live in SF back in 99 at the Aquarius. They put on a hell of a show. One of my favorite memories of growing up in this holy-land. Another favorite memory is of an Eminem concert back in 99 at the Filmore. Eminem jumped off stage and socked some dude for comin to his concert and talking shit. Eminem was up on stage with George Clinton too, some big rastifarian musician dude. God Bless the 1950s 4ever.

  • The BR549 must be a reference to Hee Haw's Junior Sample always holding up that sign with his phone number for his TV audience to call him...at BR 549! With those chicks he had lounging around that car lot, I'd been a regular anyway!

  • another great one
