A true musical genius. Every time I hear the great modern-day soundtracks from James Horner, George Fenton and the likes, I have to think that Brian could have at least been their equal. His orchestral compositions, even at such a young age, certainly should have paved the way for such a career as he grew older. It sure shows the toll that pressure, stress, mental illness and drug abuse can heap upon a person. Still, we have his wonderful music, past as well as present to enjoy.
Nice work. Great choice of music from Lucky Old Sun, the best track on the CD and the most honest regarding who Brian is today. What a price Brian paid for his genius. The saddest part is that Carl and Dennis aren't here. Your closing comment, Long Live Brian Wilson, has already come true, because the Beach Boys' music will still be sung and played 100 years from today.
Does anyone know the approx year of 1:50?
