Everyone else in the English-speaking world (outside the USA) calls it a yacht, only Americans call their power boats yachts. Just like we all use 230-240V electrical power.

It was hired by a party of 20 somethings from Barcelona. All the other yatchts cleared out of the bay the evening before because of the weather forcast. These obviously hadn't listened. It was sad to see the boast wrecked but funny to see the girls from the boat trying tosave their shoes...

dont they know what anchors are for thay could have used jet ski or rib to take an anchor out into the bay and then club haul it off the rock and then beach it "crazy what a waste
