Thank you for your soft words while narrating this video. Are you happy with your new trailer? Also, It would be nice to see you in the video while you spoke. :)
Did your husband & yourself purchase the solar option with this unit? If so, what is your take on it? Please keep posting your wonderful trips for the world to see. Very nice & well done indeed love.
G'day from Uluru - where we are currently camped. Thanks for your feedback - i take the videos and my husband generally takes stills, consequently I rarely find myself in front of the camera (also I am some what camera shy!) Anyhow, I will ask Norm to take some video as I prattle on sometime.
We do have a portable solar panel and are planning to have extra panels installed on the roof when we are home long enough. We certainly prefer that option to the noise of a generator!
Main reason for swap was increased 'creature comforts' in the Karavan. The Kamper was great in warm climates. One winter morning icicles formed on the canvas ceiliing inside, then melted and dripped on us as the sun came up. I still recommend the Kamper as the best on market for off road camper trailers in my opinion. Our Nissan Patrol has served us very well over the seven or so years of our off road adventures.
