Nope. As I recall, that cave wasn't even in the game.

However, the game is now out in Japan and apparently Mewtwo is in the game in a restored Cerulean Cave.

Still doesn't change that this video was wrong about Mewtwo being in HGSS, though. Again, it was talking about the World Championship.
