@UndeadCircus Sure it was, I integrated some other instruments into it and it sounds amazing. Anything you would hear in any synthcore/metalcore, even if it doesnt sound outstanding by itself. And for the record, the undead circus or whatever you were trying to do there is absolute trash and the vocals are absolutely atrocious. Get a life you ignorant child.
@UndeadCircus Yeah I don't think he meant THIS was a breakdown by itself, but would be implemented INTO a breakdown with guitar, drums [double bass ;) ] etc.
@DJTrickiMusic you're an idiot? lol a breakdown can have any type of instrumental behind it, it doesnt matter what the synth does, if there's synth in the breakdown , its a synth breakdown
No buddy, I think you need to study what music is 1st before you come at me with that dumbass comment, theoretically you're saying, as long as it's a synth, and the synth is doing whatever, it's considered a breakdown, what do you think the term "breakdown" alone means you goose, and no it's not just playing a bunch of random notes.
@DJTrickiMusic Studied music* 2 years music theory, two years between bands. 2 years guitar, 3 years synth and piano, 11 years singing.
A breakdown he's refering to is a hardcore breakdown used in bands like asking alexandria and attack attack, if you didnt know thats what he meant, which an organized "random" playing of notes over the chugging of guitar is a breakdown
@KevandBranFilms i was on A14. and arpeggiate means you play a chord but innstead of playing all the notes together, you separate them and play the three different notes of the chord separately..hope that helped lol
dude the next time u make a breakdown like that at least use a good camera because is frustrating that such cool breakdown can't be appreciated because of that but still awesome breakdown
@WarFreakFlippy it was a sony 10.0 megapixel. its not that bad, and i dont have money flowing out the rear so i cant just have the best camera, lol, im sorry you couldnt enjoy it because of that
i'll agree to disagree with you. i don't like them because i think they sound like a cartoonish toy with limited control compared to other keyboards. you like it for your own reasons. the end.
somone knows their arpeggios you need to get a drum and guitar program or get some friends together and write and drum and guitar part for it im kinda thinkin the guitar rythm should be something like the rythm part of crucifixtion and burial by in the midst of lions
Is there any way you could do this slower and show what you're playing a bit more? I just got a microKorg and am going to be in a Hardcore in a few days playing it and I need ideas for cool stuff to play since I have never touched a keyboard in my life and have no idea what I'm going to do. Thanks. haha
im going to have to agree. if your going to buy a beginner synth make sure you get an alesis. presets are lame and thats what the minikorg is for the most part.
get the fuck out of here. the only reason they are able to get away with selling it for 400 dollars is because people buy it for its fun user friendly i want to sound like my favorite band sort of thing. so people get the wrong idea. its not that its a horrible keyboard. its definitely decent. but its not worth 400 of my dollars. thanks. =D
@chadinterrupted yea, i sold my microkorg, big mistake buying it, i bought a SH 201 and later bought a korg radias, those my friend, are real synths. :)
@chadinterrupted i agree, i want a microkorg just as a backup synth and mainly cause a lot of bands use it, but i dont want to shit out 400 bucks for it, 200 tops maybe if that.
@NerosR3solution you should never buy something because somebody "famous" bought it if your a serious musician. buy it because its a good buy. if you are gonna shit out 400 bucks for a keyboard, go with the micron, it has hot keys and its a way more juicy sounding keyboard. but i respect your comment.
@chadinterrupted yeah totally, i just needed it as a back up one i have a korg radias, i just wanted to get the microkorg as a backup in case mine went out or something. but yeah, i have an actual good snyth, i just need a backup one like a guitarist needs a backup guitar, but yeah, totally. i would rather pay money for quality and not because its used by everyone else
@NerosR3solution nice. not a fan of korg too much. i do however like the ms2000. never really got around to toying with the radius too much. but i see what you mean. =] i have an sh201 by roland, i love it.
@chadinterrupted yeah, my friend had a korg that was a keyboard and synth, dont knwo which model it was cause i never got a round to looking at it but from then on i loved korg. the ms2000 IS nice haha toyed around with it at a local GC since someone traded it in. rolands are VERY good synths, very reliable, i would've gotten a roland, but at the time i just went with a gut instinct lol
@chadinterrupted shit! most of my gear comes out of student loans refunds haha, cause im in college for video game design, but i wanna do music engineering next. so i stock up on gear with what money is left from student loans haha. i have an epi goth comin in, that microkorg, a few pedals and maybe a raven half stack haha, i really wanna get this music up off the ground but damn, yeah, the t1 virus? i havent even SEEN that haha, only in magazines
don't buy it. its actually over rated. people only buy it because its trendy. get a roland v synth. and if you don't want to spend the money, alesis micron's are better. i personally use sh201 by roland and everything is better than this keyboard. shop smart=]
and you would know how? because the devil wears prada used one? because your quoting them with your title reptar king of the ozone. that must make them good right? i have knowledge in music and especially synthesizers. do you? come on! back up your comment with some evidence! i bet you can't.
@theringer56789 no. i know plenty about keyboards and synthesizers in general. and this is a low end piece of shit toy that people play because it looks cool to them and does a fuck load of shit when you hold down one key. you don't have to know anything about music to play it, it is a very low end digital toy. for the mini synthesizer 400 dollar genre, you could do way better than microkorg.
@chadinterrupted actually, ive been playing piano for about 9 years now thank you very much, so i think i know a bit more than you think i do.Are their better keyboards out there? Sure. But just because the microkorg is fun, and catchy, doesnt give people like you a reason to put it down and call it a "low end piece of shit." Im sure you could have fun with it too, but your ignorance remains and wont even allow your mind to think past that, and everything you can do with the MIcrokorg.
@theringer56789 i said nothing about you being an experienced keyboardist. i said your keyboard is a piece of shit. a friend of mine left his mk at my house for 6 months in which i got to use it. i know just as much about this "synthesizer" as you do. if you like it, cool. but it upsets me that such a low end toy gets so much attention.
@chadinterrupted If it is such a piece of shit, why did you play with it for 6 months?
Its not even low end..? I refuse to understand your definition of low end? Its a bang for your buck, who in their right mind wouldnt take advantage of that? It's people like you that refuse to accept the success, popularity and progression of such products, just because you think you are essentially "too cool for them." This thing can do so much, if you just expand your memory past your stupid little cave.
@theringer56789 just because i had it with me for 6 months doesn't mean i played it for 6 months. i have a roland sh201 for myself that i use. for 400 dollars i could get an alesis micron or an akai miniak, 2 keyboards for the same price that are both much better than the microkorg. if i had a 400 dollars to buy a synthesizer it sure wouldn't be the microkorg. boy am i glad i got to demo it first because i would have probably ended up with one like you trying to defend it's awfulness.
@chadinterrupted cant you look past the alesis micron. yes it is a good one if you had $400 but you refuse to take this product for what its worth. Its not as much me defending the MK but rather you putting it down because you know its neat, fun, and you can do just as much with it as others you mentioned. The End. ps..I accept the agreement to disagree ;)
@theringer56789 i can't argue with people that honestly like mk because of the way it sounds. but i can't help but argue people who have only been exposed to just that keyboard because they listen to metalcore bands and instantly think it's the greatest thing on the planet, which ends up being the only reason they buy it and not because they researched. i've known many many people who have bought it for that very stupid reason and that is why it has had a psychological effect on how i look at it
@theringer56789 sorry for all the spam, but i wanted to make myself completely clear. and agreeing to disagree is important to the further development of the human race.
@chadinterrupted i hope your not saying that i bought it for that reason. and so what for the people who did? I love metalcore but sure didn't buy the keyboard because of that, i bought it for what it was. and for the people who did, thats their own decision, let them do their own thing, what others do with their money shouldnt effect you that much. Your still spamming by theway ;)
Since when are all these pussy noises going into hardcore/metalcore, i think its kinda gay, i mean there is some creativity here, reminds me of the 80's dance scene though.
