I think everyone misses the point to the song and video. It's a simple creation but it's not pretentious or arrogant. It's a light and happy way of looking back at your life without making it seem to complex and in the end that's what made this song really good.

These four guys from Liverpool changed the world in so many ways. Billy Bob Thornton said "the Beatles are #1 and the most anyone else can hope for is to be 2nd." Ringos voice may have changed a bit, but he still sounds great to me. The point is that we are priveleged to see and hear this legend. Not everyone may understand, but for me this song gave me one of those feel good moments that took me back to an earlier time. Thank you so much for the video.

These four guys from Liverpool changed the world in so many ways. Billy Bob Thornton said "the Beatles are #1 and the most anyone else can hope for is to be 2nd." Ringos voice may have changed a bit, but he still sounds great to me. The point is that we are priveleged to see and hear this legend. Not everyone may understand, but for me this song gave me one of those feel good moments that took me back to an earlier time. Thank you so much for the video.

If every person who hates Ringo you guys are just jelous of him because he now have a great life. He was gald to be back in his home town and he is proud of it and plus he is best and no one will ever beat him in the music industry. i've seen a couple comments on "whattt...ringo wasnt in hamburg!" when they played hamburg early in their career, ringo was part of rory storm and the hurricanes. that is "my friend ror-y" they played the same venues (kaiserkeller). So they were around each other at that time a bit. and i believe they went back there after ringo was in the band as well

i agree with sparty pauls doing a mostly decent job of keeping the beatles legacy alive .memory almost full was nt as good as choas and creation but it was awful . ringo work with dave stewart is only let down by ringo being a pratt on a few talk shows .lets face it theres nothing to really hate ringo for other than hes a bit immature and arrogant .

Yeah, I guess I'm missing this whole take about how McCartney is shat now, and not doing justice to the legacy...whatever the f that means. With some obvious exceptions (Dance Tonight, Nod Your Head -- THE worst crap I've heard from him...ever), his recent stuff has been quite good. And to say his live performances somehow are eating away at the Beatles status, or whatever the point was supposed to be...is crazy. Lennon would be fine with what Paul has done with his career lately.
