why wear a belt? your not lifting that heavy. you should have done 5x5 starting strength, i weigh 85kgs and i press 140.2 and i havent been lifting for that long
@mattzilla331 Not at all. If you have ever benched or squatted with a cambered bar you will see that it is far less stable than a straight bar. This is much harder than using a straight bar. If a straight bar would clear my ceiling I would happily use one.

thats a good idea using that bar. does it make it easier to hold it at lockout?
