If that game was "manipulated" in the Steelers favor, they wouldn't have called the at-best borderline "hold" on Hartwig, which gave the Cardinals 2 points, possession of the ball and ultimately the lead in that game and would have just let the play stand, which would have resulted in a first down for the Steelers at their own 20-yard line and a very good chance to just kill the clock from there. Tighten up that tinfoil hat.
