Government has a poor system budgeting and needs to reward departments that use what they need keeping their budgets low rather than rewarding those that spend their budget to only gain an increased budget for the next fiscal year. It's absolute insanity to think we can keep this up. What do you think? How could this be changed on a national level? Who could make it happen?
