Well, we've never OBSERVED a heart attack. All we see is circumstantial evidence (chest pain and other symptoms, ECG changes, elevated cardial enzymes in the blood, change in contractility on echocardiogram etcetera)

Darwan's evolution theory is just that a theory. It's not a law because it has holes that destroy it completely. For example how could a super complex cell develope its own DNA, it needs that so that the cell knows how to form. How could a long strand of DNA form at random and somehow get in the right order to make a cell. Even if it did form then the oxygen in the atmosphere would destroy it. You may say there was not oxygen, then there would not be an ozone layer and it would die from the heat

Also, yes it is only a theory but most, if not all, things in science are theories. Gravity is a theory, yet not many people claim there is no gravity. Any theory that is accepted in the scientific community is offered up for peer review and is reviewed countless times before it can be considered a scientific theory.
