Seems like Williams took inspiration from the "Symphony No 3. Eroica" when he did that "Snowspeeder theme". I have to say it's one of the best musical pieces in the saga. Wasnt it intended as a "Cloud City theme" instead of using it as an introduction to the Snowspeeders? I read about it somewhere...

Empire THE best soundtrack of the original trilogy maybe the entire saga in my opinion. its got so much character like the movie itself..in a way it reminds me of Peter and the Wolf ..the way that instruments and themes represent some the charatacters and situations..i know all of Williams sounstracks do this but i think he absolutely nailed it with Empire for me personally this soundtrack is his masterpeice

The TFU sucked, but it had a unique soundtrack that was aweomse. The soundtrack was and is fine how it is, and LucasArts makes more money from people wanting a new soundtrack, so.. they aren't going to put a older soundtrack in a newer game.
