Gotta say, I love Heather. They made sure not to be sexist when making her. They gave her a good amount of strengths and weaknesses. (One of her strengths being to scare the men in this game just by yelling a bit...) Overall, my second favorite Silent Hill hero (next to James, because he's adorable.)

She loves her dad and is loyal and open ( haha, some might say a little TOO blunt).  Her clothes were cute, her voice fit her, I felt like she was 17 y/o. She's one of my favorite heroes in a game.

That's because nothing really is coming out, she's already run out of ammo at that point in the cut scene. She keeps frantically pressing the trigger but the gun just makes empty clicking noises. That's why you can see her lowering it near the end of that shot.

Yeah, but on the bright side Heather's story had the happiest ending out of the Silent Hill protagonists. The "normal" ending is hopeful, hinting that she'll be able to move on with her life now that there's nothing to hide from anymore. James' story is left open for the player's interpretation since there's no "normal" ending in that game - so he could go either way really. Same with Henry. It's a shame about Harry though.
