It IS possible... you would need to choose 1 or 2 large gas companies and stop buying gas from only those... what would happen as a reaction? they would HAVE to reduce their price if they wanted to stay competitive. they would then reduce their price and in turn other gas stations would have to follow suit.

Ergo if you extend the full video to take up one more minute, it will copy the first minute and add it to the end. If you drag the clip while holding ctrl then the clip is sped up or slowed down.
