Jason takes entirely the wrong approach when talking about people who are still "asleep". He comes off so arrogant and pretentious, it's crazy. I think he means well and is genuinely working his ass off for the cause, but it seems that even Alex has tweaked his language with regards to this. And if you notice, it's been way worse since he got his teeth fixed. I'm not sure what the significance of that is; I'm just pointing it out.

I think Jason is a better interviewer than Alex. His guests get ample time to speak without being cut off. I think Alex gets over passionate sometimes, when it would be better to let the person say what they had
